Questions partners ask first.
1 Can I be both a subcontractor and a referrer?
Yes. One partner agreement covers both tracks. Refer clients you can't deliver yourself, subcontract us into projects where you can.
2 What protects my client relationship?
The partner agreement includes a 24-month non-circumvention clause. We don't approach your referrals directly for anything outside the original scope.
3 Do you sign mutual NDAs?
Yes. Built into the partner agreement. We can also sign client-specific NDAs upon request (common for subcontracting work).
4 Is there a minimum referral volume?
No. One referral per year is fine. The partner agreement stays active as long as you're sending qualified leads or working with us as a subcontractor.
5 Can the commission be paid to a company instead of an individual?
Yes, entity-to-entity payments are standard. We invoice and pay in USD. Wire or Stripe both supported.
